“We”) and its Affiliates (unless such Affiliate publishes a separate privacy policy) (collectively, the
“Shengsheng International Services”).
For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, the term “Affiliate” means, with respect to a specified entity, (i) an entity that directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, owns more than 50% of the outstanding voting shares of Shengsheng International, and (ii) an entity that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by Shengsheng International or under common control with Shengsheng International, in each case where the term “control” means possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting shares, by contract interest or otherwise.
We are committed to protect your privacy by complying with this Privacy Policy and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not consent and agree with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, you should not, and we do not authorize you to, access, browse, or use the Shengsheng International Services.

- Location data that collected indirectly from you when we pick up or deliver a shipment or provide other services, which may include data identifying the actual location of a physical address;
1.3Data We Receive from Third-Party Sources
- Shipment data (which may include name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, email address, telephone number, signature) that we received from our clients when providing services;
- Social media analytics information, for example, “likes”, “share”, “follow” actions and your comments to Shengsheng International content; and
- Marketing analytics information.
2.How We Use Your Personal Data
The data you provide to us will be used by Shengsheng International, Shengsheng International’s Affiliates, and third parties that cooperate with or act on behalf of Shengsheng International. At all times, only appropriate staff members will have access to your information and the devices used to process it. Unless otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not trade, sell, publish, share, or transfer your personal information for use by any enterprise outside of the scope abovementioned without your consent. Shengsheng International reserves the right to disclose all information collected within the scope required by law or in response to judicial proceedings.
We have implemented technical and organizational security measures, in an effort to safeguard the personal data in our custody and control. While we endeavor to always protect our systems, websites, operations and information against unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure, due to the inherent nature of the Internet as an open global communications vehicle and other risk factors, we cannot guarantee that any data, during transmission or while stored on our systems, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others, such as hackers. You are aware and agree that if we respond to your deletion request, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but will delete such information when the backup system is updated.

8.Data Retention
We store your personal data for different time periods depending on the applicable laws and regulations. Some information may be deleted automatically based on specific schedules. Other information may be retained for a longer period of time based on the relationship you have with us or regulatory requirements.
9.Dispute Resolution and Agreement to Arbitrate
Except where and to the extent prohibited by law, by using our services, you agree that, if there is any controversy, claim, action, or dispute arising out of or related to your use of our services, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Privacy Policy or any part of it (“Dispute”), both parties shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party describing the facts and circumstances of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party thirty (30) days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute.
In case no settlement can be reached, all Disputes shall then be submitted for arbitration to Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) under the provisional rules of procedures promulgated by SIAC. The arbitration shall take place in Singapore and the arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both parties, neither party shall seek recourse to a law court or other authorities to appeal for revision of the arbitration award. The arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing parties.
