Early Access Care is a full-scale specialist service provider of oncology Expanded Access & Compassionate Use programs, ranging from protocol and program development, end-to-end operational management, Real World Data services, and a variety of customized service offerings.  We work with biotech and pharmaceutical companies to set up and manage programs in the pre-approval space, including post-trial access, managing all regulatory and logistical aspects of early access.  The proprietary web-based platform Early Access System™ is available for license. Upon completion of a clinical trial , treatment to participating patients through a post-trial access program is one option.. Simply put, this is ‘continued access’ after completing a trial, if deemed medically necessary. Different countries use different terminology and have country-specific regulatory requirements. In the United States, post-trial access can be provided through one of three pathways: Individual IND, Intermediate Expanded Access Protocol, or Treatment IND.
