DISPLAY RESTRICTIONS

Please note the following restrictions when planning your meeting room display/set-up:

• Items placed inside the room wall may not exceed 8’ in height

• Hanging signs are not permitted 

• A reception/greeter table outside of your contracted meeting room is permitted provided the table is up against the wall directly outside the room.  A chair for the greeter may be placed beside the table and not behind the table.  

• No exterior branding on the meeting room walls.  Any interior brand attached to the walls must be ordered through and provided by Freeman.  

• No banner stands or additional signage may be placed outside the room
