MEETING ROOM PACKAGE

The meeting rooms are unfurnished. Each meeting room includes the following:

• Two keys will be provided to you for your meeting room.  

• Carpet (Tuxedo)

• 22”x28” company ID sign (affixed to wall next to door with company name and logo (eps or ai files only) is submitted to Stephanie Houck by Friday, October 15)

• Standard electrical service (120 volt/20 amp service one outlet.)  This outlet will be located in the back left corner of the meeting room.  You may bring your own power strip.

  • NOTE:  If you require the electrical service ASH provides to be moved and/or add additional electrical service, please make those arrangements directly with Edlen.  All additions/changes will be at the expense of the contracting company.
