SHIPPING/FREIGHT INFORMATION

Materials being shipped to the Advance Warehouse or Direct to Show Site for your exhibitor meeting room(s) should be labeled for delivery to the correct room.  Please do not label for delivery to your exhibit booth.  The target freight date/time for exhibitor meeting rooms is Thursday, December 9 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  

The materials received at the Advance Warehouse will be delivered to the meeting room by 8:00 a.m. on Friday, December 10.  Freight received off target may be assessed additional fees. Please refer to the Shipping Information and Shipping Labels for the appropriate shipping address. 

The return of empties will begin after the Exhibitor Meeting Rooms have closed on Monday, December 13 at 2:00 p.m. and aisle carpet has been removed.  Material Handling Agreements must be submitted to Freeman by 5:00 p.m.on Monday, December 13.  

Outbound freight will not be moved the Building B for carrier loading until Tuesday, December 14.  Please plan accordingly.
