Meeting Room Package

The meeting rooms are unfurnished. Each meeting room includes the following:

• Meeting room door will have a combination.  The combination will be available for pickup on Friday, December 9 starting at 12:00 p.m. 

• Carpet (Tuxedo)

• 22”x14” company ID sign (affixed to wall next to door with company name and logo (eps or ai files only) is submitted via this online form by Friday, October 7)

• Standard electrical service (120 volt/20 amp service one outlet.)  This outlet will be located in the back left corner of the meeting room.  You may bring your own power strip.

  • NOTE:  If you require the electrical service ASH provides to be moved and/or add additional electrical service, please make those arrangements directly with Exhibitor Services at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.  All additions/changes will be at the expense of the contracting company.
