Security

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ROOMS ARE NOT COMPLETELY SECURE. A lockable door is included as part of the Meeting Room package. For your safety, please do not leave valuables unattended.  ASH provides perimeter security and roving security personnel in the Exhibitor Meeting Room area.  Should you require additional security, contact RA Consulting for additional information.  The deadline to place your security order at the advance price is Friday, November 18.

Please coordinate access/delivery to your meeting room for your vendors, Freeman cleaning, Centerplate catering, etc.  It is recommended that you have staff at your meeting room at the time delivery is scheduled.  If the room is not open when the catering staff arrives, they will move onto the next delivery and it is possible that your food may not be set on time.
