We are dedicated to helping one family, one patient at a time. We provide genetic testing for families for autosomal dominant tubulointerstitial kidney disease (ADTKD) as well as opportunities for patients to participate in ongoing research about the disease that affects them. ADTKD is a rare form of inherited kidney disease in which patients have progressively worsening kidney disease which may lead to the need for kidney transplant or dialysis. Patients do not have blood or protein in their urine. The most common causes for ADTKD are mutations in the UMOD, MUC1 or REN genes.
