Alport Syndrome Foundation (ASF) is a non-profit organization led by and dedicated to the Alport syndrome community of patients and families. ASF raises awareness, provides education, fosters collaboration among international stakeholders, hosts patient meetings, funds research including a patient registry and a natural history study collecting bio-samples, and partners with industry.
Our mission is to improve the lives of those affected by Alport syndrome through education, empowerment, advocacy, and research. Our vision is to conquer this rare disease through effective treatments and a cure.
