Filming Restrictions 

Exhibitors are not permitted to film in the Exhibits and Food Room. If you are interested in filming at the Meeting, you must reserve ancillary space and conduct any filming within that space. Learn more about reserving ancillary space.  

Exhibitor are permitted to film within their exhibitor meeting rooms.

Only official media outlets may film at the Meeting venue. This requires ASCO's approval. Please contact mediateam@asco.org.
