Security and Safety 

Front entrance security personnel will be provided during move-in, move-out, and the Meeting hours. It is always the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure the security of their exhibit and its contents.  

ASCO, SPARGO, Inc., the Westin Boston Seaport District, and all organizations and individuals who are employed by or associated with the Meeting, will not be responsible for injury that may occur to an exhibitor, their employees, or any agents, or for the safety of an exhibit or other property against theft, fire, accident, or any other destructive cause. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring they have adequate insurance coverage.
