MeadowCroft Farm is a commercial processing facility located on our family farm. We produce Old-fashioned Heirloom Pickles, Relishes, Salsas, Pepper Spreads and Jams and Jellies. Our products are hand cut and made in small batches using only the freshest produce to insure the quality. No artificial preservatives are added to the product and we use whole spices and herbs. This gives our products the taste, flavor and memories of something just like our Mothers, Grandmothers or Aunts used to make.

  • Sweet German Pickles
#1 Selling Pickle--14-day Crock Pickle. Try them on a peanut butter and pickle sandwich, add to turkey, tuna, chicken or ham salads, and the Million Dollar meal--grilled cheese sandwich with Sweet German Pickles!...

  • This is a fermented pickle. Cucumbers are aged in barrels of salt water brine for 7 days, then removed, rinsed, sliced and covered with boiling water. This process continues for 7 more days with the addition of pickle syrup. The pickles are packed into jars, syrup is added and they are processed in a hot water bath. A long process for a delicious pickle! Heirloom recipe!!
  • Bread and Butter Pickles
Name says it all--1 slice of butter bread, folded in half, fill with pickles. Yummy!...

  • This pickle is made up of cucumbers, onions, and green peppers. All vegetables are sliced, covered with cracked ice and some salt to preserve crispness. After a thorough rinsing the following day, pickle syrup is added, the pickles are cooked and then placed in jars.
  • Jalapeno Pepper & Mustard Sauce
This is an all-purpose mustard-based sauce similar to a sweet and sour sauce. It was used many years ago as a ham glaze. Great for crock pot cooking--simmer Little Smokeys or meatballs in sauce....

  • Many uses--baste chicken, ribs, pork chops, fish and add to grill. Use as a salad dressing, just heat in microwave to liquefy. Use as a dipping sauce for chicken tenders, French fries, soft pretzels, corn dogs. Pour over Kentucky Fried Chicken, reheat and serve.  Delicious!
  • Regular Zucchini or Hot Zucchini Relish
These vegetable relishes come in regular and hot versions. Both use zucchini, green and red peppers, and onions. The hot relish has hot peppers added....

  • These relishes are great on hamburgers, hot dogs and sandwiches. They can be served with dried beans and are good on any meats. Use the relish to make a dip/cracker spread with cream cheese or sour cream. The "hot" has just enough habanero pepper to feel an after-burn.
