5 out of 5 starsI had problems trying to open the magnet closure so one side of the strap came out of the magnet. I messaged Cindy & she responded in timely manner & told me how to fix it or if I sent it to her she’d fix it for me. But, I was able to do so myself. She also gave me detailed instructions on two different ways to open closure & even sent pics showing me how. I also wanted a custom colored strap & she was very helpful showing me the different colors I asked about. It fits me perfectly & being a dog mom I love it.
