The perfect garlic rub bowl! Great for dips, marinades, ginger, horseradish and of course garlic. Wheelthrown stoneware, dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. Available in many glazes and three sizes. To make the basic garlic dipping sauce, rub one clove of garlic over grate in center of bowl, place extra virgin olive oil at room temperature in bowl. Swirl a drizzle of balsamic decoratively into the center. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and ground black pepper, and top with a light coating of cheese. Serve as a dip for hot bread.
