Arachne by Carol Clay and Mac Chambers
Using traditional weaving techniques each piece I create is hand woven in an extended point twill to provide a luxurious hand and soft drape. I work in natural fibers using 24 to 60 colors in each piece and hand dye selected variegated yarns to enhance the complexity of the nature inspired designs. In addition, I weave scarves and shawls of 100% organically grown cotton that is naturally grown in four colors . . . the "greenest" clothing available.
