*Exhibitors and Sponsors receive a variety of registration benefits. Information on how to claim your complimentary passes, how to register with the discounted partner rate (exclusive to exhibitors and sponsors), and how to access the referral program will be communicated to the exhibitor/sponsor point of contact on the Thursday following receipt of a signed agreement. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email within a week of a signed agreement. COVID-19 Protocols
ETA is committed to the health and safety of all attendees and will abide by guidelines in place at the time of the event, including but not limited to those published by the CDC and state and county health department guidelines and orders, requiring proof of vaccination, wearing of masks, and other actions to reduce the likelihood of the spread of COVID-19 at the event.
Exhibitor Alert
ETA and SPARGO, Inc. encourage you to be aware of organizations that claim to have access to the TRANSACT Attendee list, as they may try to sell this list to you. Neither ETA nor SPARGO distributes an attendee list and DO NOT offer list rental services. Also, be aware companies other than the official TRANSACT hotels may contact you and indicate that they are affiliated with ETA and the event and claim to offer hotels at 'reduced' rates. These companies are not affiliated in any way with ETA and it is highly recommended that you do not use their services.
