NEW! Exhibit Wall Panel Branding

Enhance your presence and draw attendees to your exhibit by placing your corporate branding on the half-walls at the entrance to Posters. These highly visible ads will face the Exhibits and Food area. Six (38.75” x 77.812”) branded panels will be on either side of the entrance. Only one panel available per exhibitor. Banquet Table Decals

Branded Spark Space Tables

Meeting Rooms 

Exhibitors can purchase a Standard Meeting Room in the Posters, Exhibits, and Food Room, and Premium and Deluxe Rooms located on Levels 2 and 3 of the Moscone West Building.

Standard Meeting Rooms in the Posters, Exhibits, and Food Room are modular 10'x20' rooms that provide accessible meeting space steps away from the exhibits.

Premium and Deluxe Meeting Rooms on Levels 2 and 3 are private rooms that provide ample space for holding multiple simultaneous meetings.
