3. Display Restrictions

Literature stands and/or pop-up booths are not permitted behind, in front of, or next to the exhibit table. All displays are restricted to the table top, except for banner stands and monitor stands, which are permitted on the floor directly behind the exhibit table. Table provided by ASCO must remain at 42" H and may not be lowered.

  

Advertising, marketing materials, and/or product literature that contain any reference to a specific poster or session are prohibited.
 

Failure to comply with these policies may result in disciplinary action, as set forth in the Policy for Exhibitors and Other Organizations at ASCO Meetings.
