Filming Restrictions
Exhibitors are not permitted to film in the Posters, Exhibits, and Food Room. If you are interested in filming at the Symposium, you must reserve ancillary space and conduct any filming within that space. Learn more about
reserving ancillary space.
Exhibitors are permitted to film within their exhibitor meeting rooms.
Only official media outlets can use the designated filming locations at the Symposium venue. This requires ASCO's approval. Please contact
mediateam@asco.org.
