Shipping to the Advance Warehouse
Shipments for the 2025 ASCO GU Cancers Symposium will be received at the Advance Warehouse from January 13, 2025 through February 5, 2025
- After February 5, 2025 a surcharge will be assessed.
- All shipments must be consigned c/o Freeman to allow Freeman to accept for handling. Please address as follows:

Shipping to the Symposium Site
- Shipments may arrive at Moscone Center West on February 12, 2025 between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
- Shipments arriving prior to February 12 may be refused by the facility.
- All shipments must be consigned c/o Freeman to allow Freeman to accept for handling.
