Board of Pharmacy Specialties
Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) is an autonomous Division of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), founded in 1976. Eight specialties are recognized by BPS: 1) nuclear 1978; 2) nutrition support 1988; 3) pharmacotherapy 1988; 4) psychiatric pharmacy 1992; 5) oncology1996. 6) ambulatory care 2011. 7) pediatric 2015. 8) critical care 2015. There are more than 26,469 certified by BPS.
