Interagency Modeling and Atmospheric Assessment Center
The Interagency Modeling and Atmospheric Assessment Center (IMAAC), is a 24/7 federal resource that can assist state, local, tribal, and territorial emergency management, public safety, and public health agencies -- including National Guard units -- with free-of-charge modeling, scientific interpretation, and decision support for HazMat/CBRNE releases. IMAAC is a reachback capability for NGB Civil Support Teams. With advance notice, IMAAC can also support plans, training, and exercises.
