reACT trains for the eccentric contractions at the core of all sports
Combat Loads– reACT strengthens connective tissues and ligaments to handle 150 + pound combat loads. The trainer strengthens and protects service members for sudden stops, deacceleration, changes of direction, PLFs and absorbing force.
Benefits
Increased Power – In order to explode, you must first load eccentrically. reACT increases the elastic potential of muscle and connective tissue which generate increased force during concentric contraction after rapid eccentric loading.
Low-Impact Conditioning – Unlike conditioning drills, reACT protects joints by forcing the leg to absorb force eccentrically and without impact.
