MANASSAS, Va., July 15, 2026 — Logis-Tech, LLC will exhibit at the 148th NGAUS General Conference & Exhibition, August 28 to 31 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Booth #1335. The company will highlight its CHAP Sustainment and Cost Avoidance services for National Guard organizations awaiting NGB-led system modernization.
While planned modernization will replace or upgrade many Controlled Humidity and Preservation systems, individual sites may continue operating existing CHAP equipment for several years before reaching their modernization window. During that period, degraded, improperly operating, or poorly maintained equipment can increase corrosion risk, vehicle maintenance requirements, emergency repair costs, and readiness impacts.
Logis-Tech helps organizations maintain existing CHAP systems as effective vehicle-preservation assets throughout their remaining service life. Available support includes inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, condition assessments, performance verification, and upgrade-readiness planning.

A CHAP condition assessment provides a documented baseline of equipment health, repair priorities, operational limitations, preservation performance, and relevant site conditions. This information helps organizations separate immediate sustainment needs from work that can be deferred, direct available funding toward the highest-value repairs, and assemble the technical information needed for future modernization planning.
Sustainment support cannot change or guarantee NGB upgrade scheduling. It can, however, help a site remain operational, document its current needs, and be ready when modernization planning or execution reaches that location.
At NGAUS 2026, Logis-Tech representatives will meet with National Guard leaders to discuss current CHAP performance, recurring maintenance problems, preservation gaps, and practical sustainment strategies based on each system’s condition and expected remaining service period.
