For showcasing your products and services, the NIGP Products Exposition is the premier event for government suppliers. NIGP’s 2023 Forum and Products Exposition is the largest educational conference attended by government purchasing officials representing diverse agencies from the U.S. and Canada.
2023 Forum will attract nearly 2,000 participants in the virtual and/or in-person experiences, making the NIGP Forum truly the largest conference for public procurement professionals in North America. We welcome suppliers to participate in both Forum experiences, or choose which experience meets their companies unique needs. 90% are principle buying decision makers in their agencies. The Forum is an excellent opportunity for them to engage in professional development and to discover new products and services in the Products Exposition.
Participation in Leadership Summit educational events, plenary sessions and the awards event is limited to public procurement professionals/registrants only due to reduced capacity requirements as recommended by the CDC due to COVID-19. Leadership Summit exhibitors will have access to all exhibit hall activities, including lunches, and a networking reception with procurement attendees on Monday evening.

100 sq. ft. - $29.00 per square foot
200-300 sq. ft. - $28.00 per square foot
400 sq. ft. & over - $27.00 per square foot

Each exhibit space will come with the following:
- Company Identification Sign (7’’x 44’’)
- 8’ high back drape wall and 3’ high side rail drape
- Only exhibit hall aisles will be carpeted
- Exhibitors are required to carpet their exhibit space.
- Exhibitors may provide their own carpet/floor covering or refer to the General Service Contractor (Fern) Exhibitor Kit for carpet pricing.

Supplier Essentials Core Certificate
NIGP, in partnership with the NIGP Business Council, is offering The Supplier Essentials Workshop. This certificate and collaboration provides suppliers the essential knowledge needed to build a strong and effective relationship with your public procurement counterparts. It enables you to better understand the guidelines, best practices, and potential risks associated with procurement activities to develop productive relationships, seamless processes, and more engaging communications. The program is broken into two parts: Self-study prior to Forum, and, using the tools you’ve learned prior, come together in-person with your cohort to reinforce concepts and answer questions.
