The Texas Department of Information Resources offers cooperative contracts for information technology products and services for eligible customers located outside the state of Texas through the use of an Interstate Cooperation Contract. Eligible customers, such as state agencies, local governments, school districts and public institutions of higher education may procure hardware, software and technology services through our cooperative contracts.
