National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners
The National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners (NBOME) is an independent, nongovernmental, not-for-profit organization whose mission is to protect the public by providing the means to assess competencies for osteopathic medicine and related health care professions. For 85 years, the NBOME has been recognized for excellence in the national and the international arenas of assessment of osteopathic physicians and related health care professionals.
