A-OPTIC is an AOA-accredited OPTI and an ACGME-accredited Sponsoring Institution focused on supporting high quality medical education in rural communities. As a multi-state consortium of medical residency programs, A-OPTIC provides initial and ongoing accreditation support and oversight to encourage physician training & retention in the underserved communities that need them the most.
