Ocean Observatories Initiative
The Ocean Observatories Initiative (OOI) is a National Science Foundation (NSF) Major Research Equipment and Facilities Construction (MREFC) program. The OOI consists of five deployed arrays of ocean observation infrastructure in the Atlantic and Pacific. Data collected by OOI sensors and platforms are free to the public and accessible from our website.
