The Department of Ocean, Earth, and Atmospheric Sciences at Old Dominion University offers an undergraduate BS degree in Ocean and Earth Sciences, and two graduate degrees, MS in Ocean and Earth Sciences and the PhD in Oceanography. The Department has 25 faculty in biological, chemical, geological and physical oceanography whose research takes them to all of the world's oceans, from the Arctic to the Antarctic, top (air-sea interface) to the bottom (sediments), and blue to green coastal waters.
