If you are unable to register online, registration forms can be requested by contacting ssoregistration@spargoinc.com. Registration fees can be paid online by credit card only and via form by credit card and check only. Wire transfers will not be accepted.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted by the published cutoff date, February 14, 2019, to receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after published date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to SSO Registration at ssoregistration@spargoinc.com.
Visa Letter Request
If you are not a U.S. citizen and are planning to attend the annual symposium, advance planning is critical. Citizens of some foreign countries will need a visa to enter the United States and attend the 2019 SSO Annual Cancer Symposium.
If you would like to request an invitation letter from the Society of Surgical Oncology for your visa application, you must first register and pay in full for the meeting. To obtain a visa invitation letter, have your registration confirmation number available and visit the visa link in your registration confirmation email.

Children under 12:
For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 (including infants in carriers and strollers, or hand carried infants and toddlers) are not permitted in the educational sessions, exhibit hall and poster session.
Mother's Room:
SSO has a designated private room for nursing mothers. See the mobile app for the location of the Mother's Room.

** Spouse/Guest registration includes Wednesday Welcome Reception, and Exhibit access. Spouse/Guest registration is restricted to networking and social events only, and is not to be used as a full conference registration. Spouse/Guest registration does not have access to Scientific Sessions.
