Exhibitor Housing and Registration
- Exhibitor Housing:
AABB has designated Experient as the only housing provider for the AABB Annual Meeting. There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of AABB and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Should you be contacted by someone other than Experient or AABB, please let us know.
- Exhibitor Registration:
All exhibiting companies should register their personnel in advance. You can register your booth staff in the Exhibitor Resource Center. Four complimentary “exhibit hall only” badges are provided for each 10 ’x10’ booth. One full meeting registration for the first 10’x10’ booth purchased will allow exhibitors into 2017 Annual Meeting educational programming. Requests for badges beyond the allocated limit will be an additional fee each. Payment must accompany the request. Exhibitors may pick up their badges onsite at exhibitor registration located in the convention center using a valid photo ID. Group collection of badges is not permitted.

The Exhibitor Resource Center is your source for information as it relates to exhibiting at the expo and allows you single sign on access to the following:
- My Account:
Print your exhibit space account statement, see when the next payment is due, or make a payment online.
- Exhibitor Listing – due by Tuesday, August 1
- You may update you company information for the online listing only. The expo guide has gone to print.
- Exhibitor Form Submissions – due by Friday, September 15:
