• Orochem Technologies Inc. Developed High-Throughput System for Pain Management Drug Testing (Jul 30, 2018)

  Orochem Technologies Inc. has manufactured sample preparation and chromatography products in Illinois for over 22 years, and has recently developed high-throughput testing methods for pain management drugs (e.g. opiates, barbiturates, THCA) in urine. The methods use Orochem’s Panthera Deluxe polymeric SPE plates and Gazelle UHPLC columns with liquid handling systems. Visit booth # 4650 or poster B-396 on Aug 1.

• Orochem Technologies Inc. Introduced New Apparatus for High-Throughput Filtration of Cell Lysate (Jul 30, 2018)

  Orochem Technologies Inc. has manufactured sample preparation and chromatography products in Illinois for over 22 years, and has recently introduced its patented apparatus for clarification of cell lysate. It demonstrates excellent performance for application of lysate clarification. The advantages of filtration protocol are low-liquid retention and low adsorption of proteins, and the results are comparable or superior to high-speed centrifugation. Orochem’s lysate filter plate effectively removes cellular debris from cell lysates prior to purification of the bio-molecules. This filter plate is a great tool that provides good bio-molecule recovery for high-throughput processing.
