GeneTex has expanded its already extensive reagent catalog for influenza virus research with a series of recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies targeting the influenza A virus (FLUAV) and influenza B virus (FLUBV) nucleoproteins. These antibodies are validated for lateral flow, ELISA, sandwich ELISA (sELISA), western blot (WB), and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF). Matched pairs for sELISA have low picomolar sensitivities and superior EC50 values compared to other market-leading clones. At least sixteen FLUAV strains and nine FLUBV strains can be detected by ELISA, WB, and ICC/IF, including FLUAV H1N1 and H3N2 subtypes. This demonstrates the potential value of these recombinant antibodies for both research and diagnostic applications.
