Genetic Tools, LLC, a California-based company, aims ultra-high sensitive DNA/RNA detection of early cancer and infectious diseases. Recently we developed a novel, revolutionary reverse transcriptase, named Thermophilic Reverse Transcriptase. This super-efficient enzyme works best at 60-62oC, highly efficient: one unit per reaction, heat inactivated at 90oC, detect single digit copies of target RNA templates, compatible with Taq polymerase, particularly suitable to one-step RT-PCR.
