The Instant-view® Plus COVID-19 Antigen Home Test is a single-use, rapid lateral flow immunoassay intended for qualitative detection of nucleocapsid protein antigen from SARS-CoV-2 that causes COVID-19. This device is designed for anterior nares nasal samples that are self-collected by individuals aged 14 years or older or are collected by an adult from a child aged 2 years and older and are suspected of COVID-19 infection within the first seven (7) days of symptom onset or without symptoms and/or other epidemiological reasons to suspect COVID-19 infection.
