Creatine kinase isoenzymes (CKMB) are one of the isoenzymes of creatine kinase (CK), mainly distributed in cardiomyocytes. CK-MB increases at 4-6 hours after myocardial injury, peaks at 24 hours, and returns to normal within 3 days. It is one of the most widely used clinical markers of myocardial injury today. It is an enzymatic component that has four isoenzyme forms: muscle, brain, hybrid and mitochondrial. Muscle type (MM), brain type (BB), hybrid type (MB) and mitochondrial type (MiMi).

CA50 is a sialic acid ester and sialic acid glycoprotein. It is a non-specific broad-spectrum tumor marker with certain cross-antigenicity with cancer antigens 19-9. It is mainly used for pancreatic cancer, colon/rectal cancer, and gastric cancer. auxiliary diagnosis. Generally not present in normal tissues, when cells become malignant, glycosylase is activated, resulting in changes in cell surface glycosyl structure and becomes a CA50 marker. Other lung cancer, liver cancer, ovarian or cervical cancer, bile duct cancer, bladder cancer, etc. all have a large percentage increase. In addition, some ulcerative colitis, liver cirrhosis, melanoma, lymphoma, autoimmune diseases, etc. can also see increased CA50.

HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) is a glycoprotein hormone secreted by the trophoblast cells of the placenta, which is composed of two subunits, α and β. The individual subunits are not biologically active and can only function after forming a dimer through non-covalent bonding. The main function of HCG is to stimulate the conversion of the corpus luteum into the corpus luteum of pregnancy, while promoting the continuous secretion of estrogen and progesterone, maintaining the morphology of the endometrium, promoting the formation of the uterine meconium, and allowing the placenta to grow and mature, which is essential for maintaining pregnancy.
