Phase one
Implement Your Biomarker
Apply reagents to the Egoo Open Capsule. Run the Assay Execution Protocol (AEP) on Egoo ILab - make sure to do it from your desktop in order to control your conditions and calibrate Egoo Open Instrument during analysis. Optimize conditions for analysis perfection.

Apply reagents to the cuvette by penetrating the sealing foil using a pipette tip
Close the reagent chambers using the capsule plunger
Apply the sample to the cuvette using a pipette
Insert the capsule into the Egoo instrument
Run the Analysis using Egoo ILab (Assay excecution protocol)
Phase two
Verification of biomarker
Transfer the biomarker algorithm from Egoo ILab to Egoo Connect App and start producing your biomarkers on Egoo Open Capsule. A small-scale clinical study is now ready to start verification of the biomarkers and usability with patient samples.
You can include Egoo Collect for easier testing in home settings.
Phase three
Scale Up Validation
When the biomarker is verified, a scale up clinical research study is ready to be launched and the biomarker validated.
You will be able to reap the benefits of clinical studies in home settings, making it easier to recruit patients, and lowering the cost of logistics - for multiple purposes such as wanting to release the next at-home biomarker, using at-home testing during drug trials or investigating public health challenges.
