Sub-Blocks
Sub-blocks of 5 or more rooms, will require a contract with Hilton Austin. AAGL reserves the right to relocate exhibitor or sponsor blocks/reservations in delegate hotels. Room inventory is available on a first-come first-serve basis until the cutoff date (September 21, 2021) or until the block is sold out, whichever is first.

Cancellation Policy
Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival with no penalty.
Priority Points
AAGL 2021 exhibitors who reserve rooms in the official exhibitor room block through AAGL’s official housing vendor will receive four (4) priority points.

Beware of Fraudulent Housing Claims
AAGL is the ONLY approved vendor for housing for the AAGL’s 2021 Global Congress. AAGL is not working with outside entities to make hotel room reservations for the Global Congress. Reservations should be made only by using the online link which is provided above or by calling the hotel directly. Solicitations by outside organizations to book hotel rooms could imperil your personal information and result in problems with your reservation. If you receive communications from anyone other than AAGL Staff or the hotel related to your reservation, please contact AAGL immediately via email at meetings@aagl.org or by phone (800) 554-2245.
Do not provide your credit card information or other payment for hotel reservations to anyone other the Austin Hilton. AAGL is not responsible for any reservations made or payments submitted through unofficial housing companies.
