We have had such a positive response to attend our Congress that we increased by more than 20% from previous years. We have tried to fulfill our industry rooming requests as much as possible but due to the overwhelming jump in attendance, we have had to retain off-site housing. For your convenience we will also be providing scheduled transportation to and from the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. Once the offsite hotels are finalized, information will be posted. Thank you for your participation and continued patience. All exhibitors must request housing to AAGL using an official housing form. Exhibitor Housing
Sub Blocks
For housing of 6+ rooms, a contract will be required to confirm your block request. Contracts for room blocks must be signed on or before 10/21/22. Please email Heather Bradford at hbradford@aagl.org to request a block.
Cancellation Policy
Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival with no penalty.
Attention
Beware of fraudulent housing claims. AAGL is the ONLY approved housing vendor for the AAGL Global Congress. Other groups are not associated with AAGL in any way, and many of them are scams that do not even have blocks of rooms to reserve. Do not provide your credit card information or other payment for hotel reservations to anyone besides official AAGL staff. AAGL is not responsible for any reservations made or payments submitted through unofficial housing companies.
