ECIS (Electric Cell-Based Impedance Sensing ) is a real-time, impedance-based method to study the behavior of cells grown in tissue culture. Assays include TEER, migration, proliferation, signal transduction, cell differentiation, cell toxicity as well as cell behavior under dynamic flow conditions. The measurement is continuous and label free.
