Mizar Imaging
The Tilt light-sheet imaging system is designed for long-term imaging of living cells and organisms with minimal photobleaching and phototoxicity. The Tilt can be added to most inverted microscopes without interfering with existing modalities already on that stand (i.e. confocal, TIRF, super-resolution and so forth) enabling complex, multimodal imaging experiments. In addition, you can use any objective on your microscope, from 20x for imaging whole embryos from any number of model organisms to 60x and 100x TIRF objectives in order to study intracellular dynamics within living cells at temporal frequencies and durations not possible with other imaging modalities.
