The Human Protein Atlas is a free-to-use database for exploring the human proteome containing millions of high-resolution images and transcriptomic data. Each separate part of the HPA (Cell, Tissue, Brain, Blood, Pathology and Metabolic) focuses on a specific aspect of the proteome providing a holistic view on the human in health and disease.
