Icy is an open-source free image analysis package developed at Institut Pasteur (Pr Olivo-Marin laboratory). The software encompasses the large variety of biological applications (microscopy, particle tracking, HCS/HTS, digital pathology, animal behavior,…) and users (biologist, bioimage analyst, physicist, developer).
