The Allen Institute for Cell Science is dedicated to understanding the cell as a dynamic integrated system. Launched by Paul G. Allen in 2014, the Institute produces predictive and explanatory models of human cells to accelerate biological research. In pursuit of open science, the Allen Institute provides tools and resources that are openly available to the scientific community, including dozens of fluorescently tagged human induced pluripotent stem cell lines.
