Geneseeq has been devoted to the utility of next generation sequencing in cancer precision medicine since 2008. We have sequenced >180,000 clinical samples and established the Chinese largest human cancer genomic database. Geneseeq has ~10,000m2 translational medical center in Canada and China, equipped with advanced Illumina sequencing platforms (Hiseq4000, X-TEN, Novaseq and Miseq-DX). Our NGS center is accredited by Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments, College of American Pathologists, European Molecular Genetics Quality Network and Chinese National Center for Clinical Laboratories.
