The Calculator is a rule-based medical knowledge engine that contains 1,400+ compounds, 400+ tumor types, 52,000+ mutations in 4,600+ genes and it dynamically aggregates and ranks relevant scientific and clinical evidence using currently 26,000 evidence-based tumor driver-target-drug associations. The efficiency of the digital therapy planning is demonstrated by our poster in the Poster Session (SHIVA trial).
