The HTG EdgeSeq platform is designed for biomarker development and can assess gene expression of hundreds to thousands of genes, only requiring a single slide of FFPE while improving pass results for both degraded and low input samples. HTG EdgeSeq chemistry allows for multiplexed, quantitative gene expression profiling using a single 5 μm FFPE tissue section or 15 μl of plasma. Targeted panels support a variety of samples, including FFPE tissue, fine-needle aspirate (FNA) and core-needle biopsies (CNBs), PAXgene, extracted RNA, blood/serum, and cells.
