Elephas is changing the view of cancer with expertise in cancer biology, multimodal microscopy, and AI to predict immunotherapy response. At the core of our offering is the Cybrid platform. With Cybrid, patient samples are processed into Live Tumor Fragments (LTF) unlocking unique access to the patient’s TME. LTFs are treated with a series of therapies/combinations including immune checkpoint inhibitors, interrogated with orthogonal assays, and a patient’s likelihood of response is predicted. We are currently enrolling clinical trials and supporting research with biopharmaceutical companies.
