MAQI2 (Michigan Anticoagulation Quality Improvement Initiative
The Michigan Anticoagulation Quality Improvement Initiative (MAQI2), a consortium of anticoagulation clinics and experts from across the state of Michigan and is supported by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network through the Collaborative Quality Improvement (CQI) program. The consortium produced an anticoagulation toolkit and the content is based on the latest available evidence-based guidelines and research whenever possible(www.anticoagulationtoolkit.org).
